We know that the heating boiler has to be placed in a special boiler room, but on the back balcony (the one without a sea view) the developer put in a gas pipe. You can see it in the video. The question: can we place the boiler there? And one more question about the air conditioners: can they be hung on the wall on the back balcony? Or only on the floor? It's just that if they could be hung, we'd move the front air-conditioner units from the outer balcony (sea view) to the back one as well.
