I am writing to request certain documents and information concerning my apartments (16-11 and 16-12). As these matters fall outside the reception's remit, I would ask you to forward this request to the responsible person or department within Next, and to confirm to me that you have done so.

I request written responses to the following. To allow adequate time to locate and provide the documents, I set a deadline of 30 days from the date of this email.

1. Prior agreements: Your representatives have stated that the previous owner of my units ([redacted]) signed a residential building management agreement and a common-area service agreement with your company. Please provide copies of those signed agreements, showing the signatures and dates.

2. Registration of obligations: If you contend that any obligations under those agreements bind me as the current owner, please identify any encumbrance, obligation, or entry registered against the titles of apartments 16-11 and 16-12 in the Public Registry, and provide the corresponding registration details.

3. Basis for signature requirement: Your representatives have stated that signing the management and service agreements is required "under current regulations." Please identify the specific legal provision that requires an apartment owner to sign these agreements.

4. Gas installation: Your representatives have stated that the gas installation serving my apartment was inspected and handed over in proper condition prior to delivery. Please provide the inspection report and handover documentation for the gas system, and the installation drawings for the gas routing in my units.

5. Common-area service fees: You have charged common-area service fees from August 2025. Please state the date on which the building was accepted into exploitation (commissioning), and provide the basis on which fees were calculated and charged prior to my signing any service agreement.

I would appreciate a written response to each numbered item.

Please note that I rely on your response, and on any failure to respond, in determining which documents exist and are available. Given the 30 days allowed, absent a response within that period I will proceed on the basis that the requested documents and confirmations are unavailable, and I reserve the right to draw the appropriate inferences from their non-production, including in any subsequent proceedings.
