Thank you, but there appears to be a misunderstanding about which documentation I am requesting.

I am not requesting documentation for the current gas system registered in my name. I am aware I can obtain that from SOCAR directly.

I am requesting the documentation of the original gas installation that Next White carried out as the developer — the pipe and system that Next installed during construction, which subsequently failed and had to be replaced at my own expense. Specifically, for that original developer installation, I am requesting:

• The design/project documentation and blueprints for the original gas pipe;
• The pressure and tightness test reports for the original installation;
• The act(s) of concealed works for the original installation;
• The materials certificates for the pipe and components used;
• The commissioning/acceptance documentation;
• The pre-delivery inspection report previously referred to.

This is Next White's own construction documentation for work Next performed. It should be held by Next (or its contractor), not by SOCAR, and it has no connection to the subscriber number of the replacement system now registered in my name. A referral to SOCAR does not answer this request.

I would be grateful if Next White would produce these documents directly, as originally requested. This request remains outstanding.
